Why did I create LiveFit Activate?
I spent years yo-yo dieting and bouncing from one program to the next.
I was so unhappy with my body, the way I felt about myself and the frustration that I could never seem to get anywhere!
My own personal nutrition journey has been filled with MANY struggles and hard lessons! It cost me years of my life!
I finally promised myself I would never diet again and that I would become educated in the area of nutrition, so I could not only help myself but help so many others who were struggling! I became a Precision Nutrition coach, I studied and completed my personal training NASM certification and I got to work!
After years of working in gyms and with my own private nutrition clients, I knew exactly the kind of program that I had so desperately needed way back then and what so many other people needed! And LiveFit Activate was born!
